    I love his bag kit and would love to order it, but I don’t speak Japanese. Do you know if anyone retails it or accepts custom orders for his work.

    Not that I know of. I don’t believe the maker speaks english and he lists no prices or instructions for purchase. According to his web site he has listed some items on Yahoo auction ( Japan I presume ). You might try a Babelfish translated email. Or find someone who can write in Japanese.
