    It’s not new it’s the very old Cane Creek Volos hubset that they have rebadged now CC have ceased wheel production.

    Looks like the design of the drive side flange was ‘inspired’ by the Volo but it’s not the same hub shell shape or non drive flange shape judging from these photos of the Volo (scroll down):
